Horrible irresponsible company! I would give them zero if I could. They sent me an an empty bag and blamed it on DHL! There was more than $200! Would not refund my money after multiple requests!! Never buy anything from them!! They are a scam not a legitimate company!!!

I purchased a full price leather handbag from their online shop. It arrived covered in rips and looked pre-owned. I emailed them, they replied that they couldn’t exchange it because that was the last item so they were sold out. (which makes me think they are obviously selling the display items at full price). I returned it, they made me pay for the shipping costs which is basically ilegal in NZ, I complained about this and they completely ignored my email. A few days later I saw the item was up for sale again on their website and marked full price. I am sorry for whoever buys this item in the future. It’s disgusting, they have no respect for their customers.

Sisters is fine if you want to feel like Julia Robert’s in Pretty Woman, (when she walked into the store without Richard Gere). if you don’t look like a Mount or Grey Lynn/Ponsoinby influencer, it’s likely you’ll feel invisible or even worse, shunned. I won’t shop there after going in there twice to shop (& spend) and left feeling like I’d unknowingly donned “invisible” cloak. Hey Sisters, don’t judge a book by its cover. Be nice and you might discover the hidden jewels beneath the surface of many of the ordinary, everyday sisters & people that come into your shop. If you like one colour (vanilla) keep doing what you’re doing! We’re in a new century Sisters - the world has changed and it’s full of vibrant, colourful people who like to be seen and greeted when they walk into your retail store. Disappointed, I went down the road to Tildas and got welcomed and treated like a real person and the staff happily helped me find the perfect outfit for a special, big event to go to. I happily spent plenty my money (same $ value everyone else’s) for a fabulous outfit and most importantly, great customer experience. Can’t say what it’s like online, but won’t browse based on my in-person non-experience

Great spot, very friendly attendants. On site cafe and hair salon, and they make sure to look after the gentleman. My partner will always pay a visit whenever she is in Mt Maunganui!

Amazing service and great selection. Am an online shopper and really appreciate the order being despatched the same day as ordered and arriving overnight with NZ Post. So good to be able to shop with reliable delivery.

I have bought a pair of redone Levi’s here. So far my experience is disappointing the least. I call the store many times prior to make purchase to confirm color and measurements of product as it is expensive. I got a completely different denim color, and it had a hole. I’m still trying to get this resolved with the online store but they are not very collaborate so far. I don’t think I can buy again here unfortunately.

Firstly, I really wanted to like this store. My one time in the store wasn't super pleasant or welcoming. You can read the other reviews about the perceived attitudes or ambience others have felt shopping instore so its fair to say that is not an isolated incident. My personal opinion is that they are not my first choice of store if there is another option available. If they have happened to have something I was interested in, online shopping has been fine, no issues. But I just went on to their website as they have advertised an easter sale. 80% off sale items. THEY MARKED EVERYTHING UP. A shirt I have been following for roughly $200 was marked up to over $900 for this sale. Frame denim $699 to account for the sale. Get real. I don't have any respect for those kind of tactics. I would rather give my money to a friendly and honest business who treat all their customers well and treat the ones spending $ and $$$$$$$$$$ the same. They don't sell anything that you cant buy somewhere else. So thank you for helping me discover lots of other NZ owned and operated boutiques who I have had great experiences with. Look at the other reviews, they only have 1 star review or 5 star reviews. I would venture to say the 5 star reviews are friends and family. They haven't responded to anyone's feedback which shows zero accountability or care.

Online purchase last week arrived broken and usuable. Sent an email with photos and got no reply. Followed up to be told they would contact NZ Post to get a refund, before refunding me. What the heck is this old school process, have you guys read the consumer guarantees act? Won’t be shopping here again, would prefer to spend my money with a store that values my business. Do not recommend!
