Dr Praneet checked my son for the first time and my son had a good experience. Appreciate the kind and caring service. Wish the receptionist had the same attitude.
Our four-year old had two sessions with them. They have made her experience really pleasant and fun. Definitely know how to deal with kids. They were also fully booked and we were initially told that we would have to wait but they immediately let us know when spots opened up. Terrific experience.
I write this review especially to acknowledge the skill Sheril Ali have in handling kids sensitively. I wish I could say the same about the previous person who met with my 8 year old daughter there. This is the second time my daughter met with Sheril. She is compassionate and puts kids at ease with no effort. She connected with my daughter like no other previous therapist did. Sheril had to do a difficult extraction for my daughter today. Which required her to go back at it again and again to get the last broken piece of the tooth out. She was patient, all the while making sure my daughter was ok. My girl was not just ok but came home happy even after an unpleasant procedure. So appreciative of everything Sheril have done for my daughter today. I wish her all the best.
