Such a welcoming little Yum Cha restaurant. Happened upon this spot while visiting Tauranga for the L.A.B music event. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Very yummy food, good service, big portion food, good price. Will recommend to everyone to try this Chinese cuisine.
Even if youβre hungry at 9 pm in NZ, you can eat the best food here! And lovely staff would welcome you with a beautiful energy like itβs morning!!! Vicky was amaziiing! Her welcome, smile and beautiful energy was great! Good was yummy too The special dock or pork combo was delicious and such a big portion for a great price! Be careful what you get charged here. Ordered a whole Peking duck online only to be told they had run out upon arrival to pick up the order. The lady there said she would replace the duck with pork and insisted it would be equally delicious. We were still charged for our original order however. She held up the docket for the online order I had placed and charged the original price ($71 for a whole duck and some fried squid). What we received was not equal to what we paid. There was maybe $30 worth of pork, some dry squid, dipping sauce.. and some prawn crackers to make up for our patience.. will not be going back. Sneaky overcharging and not at all worth the headache.
Very authentic Chinese cuisine. The mapo tofu was perfectly seasoned and Peking duck was fresh, juicy, and crispy. Staff was kind and have great suggestions on which side dishes to add on as well. Highly recommend.
This has been my favorite Chinese food place for the last 13 years. Nothing fancy, all simple, and the hostess has the most amazing sense of humor. The food is absolutely delicious and priced super well. It is all well prepared, well presented and super tasty. Definitely a place of choice for us!
Best duck in the bay. Their food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. I recommend bringing a big group as the food is great for sharing amongst eachother but it was also perfect going there with just me, my husband and brother. Definitely try their BBQ pork cake/pastries and their BBQ pork buns.
Well services and majority of the foods are delicious without caused of MSG due to won't feel thirsty after meal. Price are reasonable. I and my buddies almost dine in once a week :) highly recommend their Roast Peking Duck! But this dishes will take some time to serve as it lot of steps we believe :)
