   Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors listen and are proactive, they not only treat the problem but also encourage preventative measures and informed consent. The doctors treat the whole person realising that conditions van be interconnected and getting to know a patient is important. I like to know blood pressure readings, to know what measures I can take apart from medication, what to look out for, what helps, I need to know the good and the bad, to be acknowledged as an individual. My anxiety has eased because of the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable atmosphere.

   We recently had our Yellow Fever and other travel vaccinations done by Dr Annie Chen- Green. We found her service was extremely good and very helpful. She took time to explain everything, and made sure we were comfortable with the process. She even suggested that we split the vaccinations into 2 visits to reduce any potential side effects. This option was not offered to our travelling companions, who ended up with nasty side effects, whereas we had none. Highly recommended.

   Needed to get Travel vaccinations done. I had contacted another center but after not hearing from them for 3 weeks, I called Dr Annie and she had us done by the end of the day. Not only that but she also gave us some great advice and is super friendly. Highly recommend.

   It was my really bad moment with Dr ANNIE,I had been there to check my medical for job,I was confuse to fill some answer of question on form so it was blank. She said me “if you don’t fill this answer of question I’ll say GOOD BYE”she was repeating several times very rudely same thing that made me sad.She could tell me to fill or remind me to fill answer instead saying (I’ll say GOOD BYE)after that I said,I do this now then she THROW THE PEN FRONT OF ME ON THE FORM INSTED GIVING ON HAND ALMOST FROM 2 FEET AWAY. Few second later she said “WELCOME TO NEW ZEALAND in New Zealand you need to fill all the answer of question” Now my question why she said welcome to New Zealand?and who is she to welcome me in New Zealand? Then she told me to follow her to do some kind of exercise (bend body down,touch the toes,run etc)in run moment she said “COME ON I AM RUNNING FASTER THAN YOU” Is that good she compared someone with her as a doctor? Was that things necessary to say as a doctor? At last I say everything what she said or did to me might be good and acceptable during start to end that moment but she did rude way with me that I feel. Another female doctor (forget name)was good,very polite and professional who had checked my height,weight,blood pressure,sugar level,eye with friendly and professional way,I wanna give her more thanks.
