   Got my nails done.Gel on my own nails. Next day colour peeling .Went back .She said that was normal .What was she talking about don't pay big money to get less quality. She told another man to which he turned and laughed.So rude.Redone nail.Still not up to standard dull and Matt.When other nails were shiny Didn't put gloves on me when redoing.2 days after 2 more nails peeling . Suppost to last 2- 3 weeks .Told 2 different answers. Your staff are rushing job not taking care.

   *the fact this business chooses to rebuttal with negative reviews, half the time not offering a apology just shows the standard of professionalism held* I got a set of acrylic nails done here about three weeks ago, I went to pay at the counter and payment went through fine I thanked her and left. After my service I stopped at couplands and as I was leaving couplands the lady was running after me.. she continued to catch up to me and tell me she under charged me and I must come back and pay another $15, which I did but I felt very embarrassed that everyone outside and inside both stores seen her chasing me down telling me to come back and pay when I had infact already paid $75 and SHE had made a mistake, it is her job to charge the correct amount for the service she provided not mine, so I didn’t even think to check I just paywaved. Overall was really embarrassing at the way the situation was handled.. and won’t be returning here again.

   My sisters and I have been here many times over the past 2 years. On Sunday we went and got our usual pedicure and manicure. Very very disappointed. I had cats eyes. The lady only put one coat of black then the colour. When I got home I could see the patches of black even with the cats eye on top. My sister got the same. One of her nails had 2 coats of black and the other hand had one. So disappointing. ☹️☹️

   Went to the other salon in Rangiora and it was bad experience as they ripped off my acrylics by putting another one under it and flicking it off - wish I went here instead! They do proper safe removal technique, super gentle on nails and take great care, very fast, friendly and amazing results. I’ll be coming back for sure and definitely recommend!

   Very sad took my 3 year old granddaughter to get nails done as a special treat as we have been there b4. The staff hardly talked to us but continually talked to each other in Chinese and the body language showed they were making fun of customers previously i have had nails done with my granddaughter and they have used fans and the drying things at thd table..not this time..this time we sat for 15 min s granddaughter was getting annoyed..I asked how long we had to wait b4 we could leave and was told the nails dry and we had to sit there for in an hour..ridiculous with a 3 year old who had sat there perfectly for ages..we were told if we leave the nails polish may not set. .Good grief..a 3 year old doesn't care nor do i if they are not perfect.. I had called and made the appointment and advised was 3 yo treat..overall a fail for customer service..the making fun of customers needs to stop and noted the rude behaviour continually

   I am a regular and go every 3-4 weeks for either a backfill or a new set. Staff are always pleasant and happy to accommodate with whatever nail design you wish.
