Very disappointed with french polish manicure today. The white top of nails so thick it took ages to dry and I ended up with the white being wiped away in places. Looks terrible removing now what a waste of $40.
So impressed with the service here today, came in after having my nails done at there town store and having issues with broken nails ect. The staff were incredibly polite and fixed all the issues and made the nails look better than they did originally.
I have been here twice and have been disappointed both times. I recently went and got a gel manicure. I was so happy and they looked great but after two days my thumb nail polish had half fallen off. I went back that day and they fixed it but two days after that two more nails fell off. I went back asking for a refund and they said they would not give me a refund but they would fix the nails for me. I think that’s just ridiculous, I didn’t have time the rest of the week or have time to come back every time a new nail fell off. I have three little kids and finally had time for myself and the nails didn’t even last.. I just wanted my money back so I could get them done somewhere else where I knew they would last more then four days. They still refused to give me my money back. Such a waste of time and money. The rest of the gel polish fell off in the following days. I feel like they just stole my money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional.
I went in and paid $75 for my nails to be done today for my birthday. Look, they aren’t awful and normally I wouldn’t mind paying the price but they aren’t $75 worth, that’s just for this plain colour as well no art or anything on them. The acrylic doesn’t go all the way down to my cuticle which means I will have to go for an infill a lot sooner than I would like and also some of my nails have bumps in them.
Did an adequate job. Not at all friendly. Almost verging on rude. I wouldn't go back. There are better and more pleasant places.

Just wanted my nails shaped and was charged the same price as a lacquer never again
Had a manicure and pedicure, they were absolutely packed and more people kept coming in, so very popular. Glad I had booked. They are lovely people slight miscommunication with what I wanted and I had difficulty in understanding the lovely lady who did my pedicure as she spoke so softly. It all turned out great everything still looks perfect over a week later. Their prices are reasonable and the whole place is clean and inviting. Highly recommend.
