Same experience as below. No staff greeting and when I went to pay the guy just said “ is that everything?” Without saying hello or asking if I need a bag etc.
Someone needs to check on the staff here. Not one greeting when in store and not one staff member willing to help with anything. Sizing for shoes is hard and when asked about the shoe sizer I was advised you don’t have one? The girl in green basically hid when people walked into the store and did not offer any help at all when we clearly needed assistance with sizing - she just walked away (she was literally counting shoe boxes and I had to ask if she worked there because there was no sign of customer service at all).
Two South African sales team members, solid service, walked out with 2 bags & shoes.
Great customer service at the Hornby outlet store. Friendly service made for a very pleasant experience.
