Bought something from here last week, once i got home realised the security tag was still attached, went out of our way to go all the way back to hornby even though we lived ages away with the recipient the guy was just rude and didnt even apologise.
Iβve never written a Google review before, but I felt genuinely compelled to. Iβm incredibly grateful for the professional customer service provided by Callum. His courteous, understanding manner and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. If I owned a retail business, Iβd swoop him up in a heartbeat β heβs an absolute asset. Itβs rare to come across service this exceptional β it absolutely deserves to be recognised and celebrated. NgΔ mihi ki a koe, Callum β one happy customer here! :)
βHufferβ My favourite store by far at Dressmart Hornby. I purchased 3x Huffer hoodies in the men range for $99.00. The guys who retail there are all very helpful & acknowledged us on more than one occasion making sure we were looked after. Being an oversized lady is hard to find anything that suits & to get a specialised brand in clothing for this affordable price was such a blessing. I also want to thank the guys for looking after my son who has social Autism. He ended up getting all that he needed from Huffer for his Japan trip & he was also well looked after by all the staff. Really trendy comfy clothes with a good price tag. Canβt wait to shop next season. Thanks again
