   I didn’t catch the girls name, young, shorter, pretty, lovely, SUPERSTAR. You were so helpful, friendly, approachable, and nothing I said or asked seemed like a bother to you. You helped me with sizing for bikinis, going back and forth to check if you had my sizing & preferences. I wanted to say thank you, you really are a breath of fresh air! The whole team of girls that was on yesterday, you all were so kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome! So thank you ladies, genuinely. It’s sad to say it’s not easy to find real genuine customer service these days - you girls are proof that, that’s not true!! You ladies were that attentive, you deserve to be recognised!!! So thank you again & I may see you before the sale ends…AGAIN :P

   The security here is rude. I went there to buy clothes on boxing day. Since I bought a lot of things that day, I carried a lot of bags in my hands. After I bought the clothes and paid the bill, I told the counter that I didn't need a bag for the clothes. I just put the clothes into other bags and walked out. Then I was rudely stopped by the security guard. After re-checking and finding no problem, he just said you can leave now.It's not a good feeling to be treated as a thief.

   Came into the store on Sunday and found a few items. Asked the shop assistant if she could hold them for us until tomorrow. Sure thing, she replied, before writing down our name and placing this along with the clothes to be held behind the counter. Assured us that the store would keep them aside for us them until closing time tomorrow. Returned Monday afternoon to find that the hold request had been misunderstood or ignored and the clothes had been put back on the shelf. Some were still there, though others (last in that size) had since been sold. Disappointing given that we don’t live in Hornby and had made a trip there specifically for this. Not a problem if unable to hold items – I know many outlet stores have this policy – but need to say this at the time. We would’ve sorted something out and bought everything on the day had we known that the hold arrangement wouldn’t have been upheld.

   Great service today, offering to find what I was looking for in the right size and colour from the back at a what was a cheaper price than the floor stock. Really refreshing to have proactive and genuinely helpful service. Thank you!

   I had the most amazing experience today with Hanna. She offered to grab me the right size crewneck from the back (without me asking and with the store being so busy with sales) and when she couldnt find it she found similar looking tops that I could try instead. Great customer service!
