Let it be known that I do not enjoy the experience of shopping, especially for clothing. However, the experience at Johnny Bigg was uniquely different. Firstly with their sale on I managed to get a full amazing suit, shoes etc for a exceptional price. Everything fit really well accommodating my large shoulders without being baggy. But what stood out amongst all that was the service from Maddie who has an excellent eye for contrast and honestly reduced the amount of time I had to spend in the store but setting me up fantastically with the suit. Honestly I could not commend this experience more and I will certainly be back in the future!

Great store, they don't always have every item in stock, but they more than make up for it with the reduced prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Was in the Hornby store recently on the hunt for some new shirts and can not give high enough praise by the store manager, Olivia. I have been served by her at the Hornby as well as Riccarton mall branch and on every occasion she has gone above and beyond to make sure I have found what I was looking for.
