    Cassie is an amazing staff member! I visited the boutique weeks ago in a rush to find a dress, with only an hour left to get ready. Cassie was incredibly kind and created a welcoming, respectful environment in the shop. Her service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend shopping at Pagani — they never fail to deliver an outstanding experience.

    Worst customer service I have ever had in Pagani Hornby. I never had this kind of customer service in other Pagani store. They charged me more than the price tag amount. When I went back to the counter, they had no valid reason and was not happy to refund in cash or bank transfer. They wanted me to get a Pagani gift card instead. I would have accepted it but just because of their bad customer service I denied. You guys need to work on these, if you are charging more than a price tag amount, make sure you convince the customer otherwise I think this would be called as a scam. No customer, No business....... Not going to recommend any one to Pagani Hornby...

    During my visit to the Pagani store, I had a fantastic experience. The store was well-organized, with a lovely selection of trendy and classic pieces that made browsing enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, taking the time to understand my style preferences and offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. I was especially impressed with the quality of the fabrics and how the pieces were both stylish and comfortable. Checking out was quick and easy, and I felt valued as a customer. I left with outfits I was genuinely excited to wear and will definitely be returning to Pagani for future wardrobe updates.

    Hi there just wanted to leave a review about the most amazing customer service I have received from a lady named Chloe. She was super helpful and went the extra mile for my click and collect order. She was also training a new staff member amazingly while also providing great customer services! I am very impressed by how amazing she is! I would 100% recommend going there and I will definitely purchase again from there just because of her. ☺️☺️☺️

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Completely unhelpful. I bought a dress from Pagani Riccarton for my wedding a couple of years ago which ended up postponed with COVID. When I took it out the bag to check the fit for my upcoming wedding, I saw that the security tag had been left on, the weight of which had caused the dress to rip. I took it back to Hornby Pagani, to see if I could swop it or get a partial refund to pay towards the cost of getting the dress repaired. The lady there said she was unauthorised to do anything & called her manager who wouldn’t talk to her. After a long, unproductive conversation, she refused to give us a partial refund and said she didn’t believe that it was caused by the security tag, despite the fact that the rip was right next to the security tag and the dress hadn’t left the bag since we’d bought it and it still had the tags on and we had the receipt. She said we’d have to come back another time to talk to the manager, despite the fact we live a 30 minute drive away and had already made a special trip in. Staff who cannot do refunds (an essential part of retail) should not be left in charge of shops. Such a huge waste of our time and petrol, to have no resolution for damage that was caused by Pagani staff’s incompetency in the first place for leaving the security tag on!

    Staff should know how to talk to customers. I found the lady at the counter rude. Please hire better staff and train them well. At least she should know how to greet nicely
