Further updates - an uncommmunicated product change by a supplier combined with a sick web person led to a bit of a comms delay. Sounds like they were just as surprised as I was! I'm happy so far with the way things are playing out on the store end so updating my review :)

I have been in twice now and the staff were so helpful. I accidently order the wrong boots and didn't realise until i got them. when I called them about swapping them out they were so helpful with making sure I got the right pair and right size. Will definitely be going back again to buy some more kit.
