   I'd like to thank Jarred and his team at Protech for the work they did on my ute. I contacted him and gave him a brief explanation of what had happened and within minutes he was able to assist and give an analysis on what the problem was and quickly identified that it needed a new alternator. My vehicle had broken down at work and he organized for my vehicle to be towed to his workshop. Considering that this was late notice, Jarred and the team at Protech went out of their way to do the required work on my vehicle on the day of. Jarred was sending me frequent updates and was very transparent with his communication. I was able to pick up my vehicle the following day. It drives perfectly and feels amazing. I'd recommend Protech to anyone in the Eastern area of Auckland

They provided an excellent service and were professional during the whole process providing updates on what was wrong and providing solutions. Once I confirmed to proceed they did not waste any time and completed the job.
