    I tried to purchase a large filter cartridges in Feb but the cost was super expensive. I tried to cancel the order, then I get whack with 20-25% restocking charge. I waited for 2 weeks for the refund which was short by GST amount. Then waited for another 2 weeks for the remainder of the refund after multiple phone calls. Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff are incompetence. Not recommended for future business, very disappointing.
