We were in need of a replacement tire, and I’m so glad we found Carter’s Tyres. They are local and one of the few tire places open on Saturdays in our area. We were greeted immediately with excellent customer service, and they handled our tire issue efficiently and without any hassle. Thank you again for the amazing service! Carter’s will definitely be our go-to tire shop from now on!

Got my tyres fitted, there’s a guy there his names Nate, great guy got the job done really fast, you need work done go to these guys. Really good communication and customer service! Definitely will go back to them when I need tyres.
Best service.. called and was advised I didn't need to book ... I could just come in (tyre was flat) .. came in the afternoon.. no wait...tyre fixed promptly.. spare put in boot and tyre changed..
Awesome initial service Nathan was great to deal with. I guess they wanted my money. However when one of the four new GT radials I bought off them let go on me. The follow up service was absolutely shocking. I ended up stranded on the motorway and called their call centre. The area manager called me and offered assistants but the assistants never came. I ended up having to get towed off the motorway at $250 then spent the night sleeping in my car. I would avoid dealing with Carters tyres or buying a GT radial if you don’t wish to partake in any of the above. 1 star rating is far to high.
Nathan went to great lengths to procure the two uncommon sized tyres for my light truck. Very happy with the service and price was good as well. Would recommend Carters Tyres of Papakura for your tyre needs.
