During the installation, Vaea and the team worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring that everything was done to the highest safety and quality standards. On top of the upgrade from a Low-Pressure Cylinder to a Gas Infinity, we also had a few dripping taps and a mixing problem at our shower, even though they were swamped with other work they found the time to change a few tap washers and sort out the shower mixer problem. They not only completed the job flawlessly but also took the time to explain how to maintain and operate the new gas hob safely. Their dedication to ensuring that I was comfortable and informed was greatly appreciated. I can't thank Innerscope Plumbing enough for their superb work. If you require gas fitting services, or plumbing and drainage for that matter, I wholeheartedly recommend them. You won't find a more reliable, skilled, and customer-focused company in the area. Vaea's team were so incredibly helpful - While being on holiday we had our 2 year old block the toilet in our Airbnb and we were desperate for help. Enter Vaea, who was there within 1 hour and our toilet was fixed in 5 minutes! We were beyond appreciative and very impressed with our responsive they were. Highly recommend :)
Excellent workmanship and would highly recommend Vaea and his team to anyone needing a renovation. We called Vaea to do the plumbing and drainage work for our downstairs home reno which meant redoing the bathroom, kitchenette and adding a laundry. He listened to what we needed and worked with us, recommending practical changes to the design where needed. Everything was done to a high standard and the usual gripe of untidy Tradies DID NOT apply to this crew. We will eventually renovate the rest of the house and are looking forward to working with Vaea and the team on stage two of our dream home reno!
