    A BIG TIP FROM A LOCAL REGULAR USER & ALWAYS WORKS LAST 20 YEARS: LONG WAITS ARE DUE TO THE NZ DOCTOR SHORTAGE. SO TO BE SEEN BY THE DOCTOR FIRST & EARLY YOU MUST LINE UP OUTSIDE AT 7AM FOR THE DOORS TO OPEN AT 8AM. BRING YOUR OWN PLASTIC CHAIR & A LINE FORMS AT 7AM ONWARDS. THE FIRST 4 CUSTOMERS ARE NORMALLY SEEN WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR. DON'T COME AFTER THIS TIME, WAIT FOR NEXT DAY 7AM TO LINE UP & SEE THE DOCTOR. ALL THE BEST FROM SEU SMITH FAMILY.

    Waiting time is very long, we had to wait for more then 3 hours just for 6 weeks baby vaccination, waiting time for baby vacine is normally 30 mintues.

    Dr Janan Mansour is just so rude, acted like she was paying my ACC, and tried to assume I was fine to go back to work until she saw my X-Ray results, and then refused to write me a medical certificate till the date I was able to see a specialist and told me to see another doctor as I waited 5 hours to see her.

    Very unprofessional behaviour by staff and doctor. People with close contact with Covid 19 and other patients were in same queue. They kept lying me about turn and after kept you waiting for 4 hours. They unprofessional treat Yu and tell you can’t treat you. I was very upset with management team and had made offical complaint. Don’t trust their doctor. They don’t even check you properly

    Very bad organizing. We have to stand outside for 1hr and a half to see the reception. Hr and a half to see the nurse and 1hr or 2hrs to see the doctor. Need more improvement. Will be good to go back to the old way. Make a booking.

    Open during covid level 3 for doctors, pharmacy and covid vaccinations. There is also testing site near it. Clean facilities and sanitize.
