   Had a hair straightening from this salon and the woman just ruined my hair. My hair got burnt so badly even if I told her many times to dry my hair completely and properly prior to ironing it. She listened at first but eventually just carried on. She was so busy talking to her other customer friends. She then proceeded to cut my hair without even asking. Even said 'You should have asked first as I didn't want a haircut! How unprofessional is that. Sadly, sounds like she's quite unprofessional as there are a number of other customers who had horrible experience in her salon. She should not be allowed to operate as a salon.

   Average service and unfriendly lady owner. Did the haircut in under 15 minutes. I asked about some products to purchase but she said not for sale. Unsure how she runs the business considering there are other hairdressers nearby. One star is for the price of the cut

   Disappointing experience. Never get what i was expecting for my haircut although when i asks hairdresser for the butterfly haircut, and not too short cut. her response is 'yes.yes, i know'. End Result is disappointing, I did not get the butterfly cut i wanted, she overcuts my hair, way too short (even after I reminded her couple of times as i get the feeling) and the layers is horrendous. When I arrived home my hubby laughed. Hubby used to come here for his haircut too, his only comment was 'she did your hair as short as hers! Just like hubby, Will never come back here again

   I had a booking, as soon as I stepped into the salon, the women working here said "oh my god, no perm, damaged hair". She did not even check at my hair (my hair in a bun) and decided I couldn't get my hair done. My hair was not damaged, but she just wanted me to leave the store. She embarrassed me Infront of other two customers. No customer service at all.

   I am very happy with my hair cut at Top2Toe last Sunday. The lady is nice, polite and attention to detail. It is particularly good in value. I would recommend to do a booking rather walking-in.

   i was mortified with this salon, the woman completely ruined my hair what was suppose to be a touch up regrowth became a burning bright yellow disaster that just kept going yellower and yellower, I couldn't believe how she applied the colour, I couldn't believe what she had done to my hair, the damage to my hair now is unacceptable I have never seen a salon ever practice like this, this woman is a loose cannon . I would not recommend anyone get coloring at this salon. had me in tears. I should have known when the woman before me walked out of this salon in tears also. DONT DO IT!!!
