   The doctors are good. Just minimise your exposure to the lady who arranges appointments. When you get into the clinic, the first thing she asks is payment. Although I gave feedback for a few times that the payment can be made after seeing the doctor, she continued to ask the same question when I stepped into the clinic. The last time I went, she took me to another room to ask whether I can make a payment. Giving feedback didn’t change anything.

   I am up visiting from Napier, unfortunately had two teeth break on two separate days.. Dentspa Karaka not only managed to squeeze me in.. but I left being able to smile again. Robyn you're the most beautiful soul and from the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in good hands at Dentspa. Dr Eman and her Dental assistant (im so sorry to of forgotten your name) .. you both worked wonders, easing my dental anxiety, being gentle and compassionate. I walked in anxious and unable to smile.. but walked out calm and feeling beautiful again. Dr Eman, I cannot thank you enough. You didn't have much to work with, with the broken teeth.. but you somehow worked your skillset and I left with two of my front teeth being whole again. Thanks all at Dentspa, you are all incredible x

   Very welcoming and warm feeling i got and even though iam scared of big needles, during my procedure i didnt even feel anything at all which iam very pleased about.Everything was explained and she made sure i understood what had happened and what shes gone do to fix it and get me out of my pain. Iam thankfull and satisfied well worth the money i paid. I have recommended denstpa to my wider family as i will be back to get any dental treatment i need from denstpa in the future. Erol

   Absolutely fabulous, every step was exsplained to me, I was so comfortable, wrapped in a blanket, I get cold when I stop, Lisa did a great job, Lisa is the dental hygienist, X rays looking good. Hi Tech equipment. Well priced.
