   I first visited thinking it was just a simple shoulder pain, but after a thorough assessment, they told me it was likely frozen shoulder and immediately referred me to the physiotherapist. The physio they work with explained everything so clearly and walked me through the whole process, which gave me a lot of confidence. They even helped me quickly arrange a radiology appointment, which was such a relief. Before the treatment, the pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep well at night. But after my first acupuncture session, the pain was noticeably reduced, and I finally had a good night’s sleep. What amazed me the most was that right after the acupuncture, I could actually lift my shoulder higher – it was incredible! The acupuncturist graduated from the prestigious Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has deep knowledge of both Western and Chinese medicine, so the consultation felt very professional and well-rounded. I’m still continuing my treatments here and plan to keep coming back. If you’re suffering from frozen shoulder like I was, I highly recommend this clinic. The combination of physio and acupuncture makes the treatment very comprehensive and effective!

   After over ten months of shoulder pain, visiting osteopaths, joint specialists, having barbotage via radiologist done to try resolve my bursitis, two cortisone injections- I was still in significant pain, stiffness and discomfort - I did not think I’d be able to return to sport again. While I’m not totally cured, Reina has got my shoulder mobility, pain and stiffness so much better than any or all of the specialists combined could do. She truly has a gift. I’m swimming (I swim open water), running and cycling - and while I realise it’s an ongoing process that will take time, with some work on my side too - I have actual results and improvement that I absolutely cannot say for any of the other treatments or specialists I saw. I highly recommend seeing Reina. She is kind and compassionate and very skilled. Improvement was nearly instant to the point that it felt like some sort of magic!

I’m truly grateful that she’s now moved her clinic closer to my area. Out of all the practitioners I’ve seen, Reina’s acupuncture truly works like magic. She’s the first person who’s been able to clearly explain both Eastern and Western medicine in a way that’s easy to understand. Her knowledge is impressive, and her professionalism shines through in every session. She is kind, approachable, and highly skilled. I visited for neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, and other issues. At other clinics, I saw little to no improvement even after several treatments, but with Reina, I felt noticeable results within just a few sessions and was able to return to my normal life quickly.
