   What happened to the usual good service? New faces in the team so am assuming under new management. It seems the main thrust of Oil Changers Botany is to increase revenue. Was being offered air filter and transmission fluid change off the bat but I politely turned down as I knew better when those were needed. Was surprised when I was handed the bill to discover that synthetic oil used in my vehicle without me asking for it. Further, was charged $10 for removal of plastic plate at the bottom of engine block so they can do the oil change. Plate was refitted after the work. Question is, shouldn't that be part of the service. Does it everytime I get engine oil service at Oil Changers Botany, an additional $10 charge will always on the bill. I understand it is a business but the effort to extract revenue is excessive. Won't be coming back here.

   Friendly team and great, fast service. I did need to return afterwards to have some excess oil removed, as the ute began producing white smoke from the exhaust. When I checked the oil, it looked like the oil level was slightly overfilled. Otherwise, the team was helpful and quick to fix the issue.

   Went to Oil Changers Botany, infact Oil Changers for the first time ever last week. Called through and was advised to arrive before 12:30pm which was fantastic to know as well. Upon arrival was greeted by a female staff member who explained how things work. After a short wait I got my vehicle serviced while sitting in the car which was pretty cool I think. After completion the girl brought me the eftpos machine , I paid for the job and I left. Such a great experience in general. Only recommendation I would have is for the franchise owner to invest into Afterpay as well, I noticed they had Zip available however to gain more clients they could use Afterpay as a method as well as I noticed some other branches do :) otherwise a fantastic experience, and I’d def be back again in due course!

   Very quick and easy to deal with, watch you do not get extra than you need, I asked for oil and filter only, but they were getting our Air filter which was not due to change yet. Many will be happy they do that but since I am a car enthusiast and know exactly what I needed (it was only 6 months old and at most needed a quick air blow) it would have cost me extra than I needed. I will definitely use them again. I think they should advise price before starting work as the sign says $99.95 and my car is more expensive $157, not found out until work was done - I was happy with teh price but surprised and this may upset some folks on fixed incomes.

   Game changing car oil changer! What has just happened? I've just been provided the most streamlined service in the whole NZ. Oil ans filters were replaced at the lightning speed. Instructions given to you as you approach the garage and then drive in over the inspection pit inside were so crystal clear, and fast and streamlined that I felt compelled to stop on the side of the road to leave a 5 star review for this business as soon as I drove out. This was A-MA-ZING. Other business could learn a lot from this place on terms of service!

   This branch is very close to work and very convenient. I had no problems with them for the last 2 years, until I requested to use my own oil. I was told - it doesn't matter if you use your oil or ours - you will be charged full package price regardless. I asked them "why are you charging me for my own oil?" (after all, oil is the bulk of the cost). Starts talking about how the filter costs $20. I couldn't help but say - wow $80 for 10 minute labour! That's ridiculous! A mechanic would charge less as they don't go by package prices. Would I use these guys again? Probably. But if I want to use a different oil for my car then these guys are absolutely useless and complete rip off. Edit to respond to owner: Thank you for reviewing my comment... I would understand if you have standard charges for oil filters, labour and oil, but it seems there's only one fee - which is the Package fee.

The cordial Ben, a member of the team, graciously welcomed me and escorted me inside, where I then had the pleasure of meeting Isabella, a most delightful representative of the establishment who exhibited unparalleled customer service. The service itself was conducted in an expeditious manner, owing to the efficiency with which the Oil Changers team collaborated and meticulously attended to, checking and replenishing all necessary components. Throughout the duration, I remained seated in my car, as there was no need for me to vacate the premises. Furthermore, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Phil, the skilled mechanic who dedicated his time and efforts to servicing my vehicle on this occasion. To echo sentiments, the team at Botany Oil Changers has surpassed all expectations in terms of price, communication, affordability, and customer service. I commend the team comprising Ben, Isabella, Phil, and their colleagues for their commendable work and initiative in providing excellent service to their customers.
