It had been a long journey for us. We lost a property that we loved and won through tender. But our first mortgage broker said he is organizing everything and arranged another mortgage broker to look into it(requested documents again and again), a really poor workmanship. Then the real estate agents guided us to JAZ(mailed the documents to him once and met him once). After explaining the whole situation, this guy willing took us onboard. We looked into another property and in less then a week he got our approval. He did wonders for us in just a week. We really appreciate for what he has done and my wife and I definitely highly recommend him, 101% to anyone who wants to get things done rather then just talks.
