   Where do i begin? well, I had a previous solicitor which really didn't communicate well, and it was my first time purchasing a house solo, so i was a little flustered with the solicitor side of things, (i just needed someone to hold my hand throughout the whole process). So, i had switched solicitors recommended by my sister which was Rani and her team at Gateway Lawyers, and it was a breath of fresh air! Communication was fantastic, gave me a breakdown with everything going on (including fees), Simarjeet was great, Rizwan too.
