I’ve visited Paul’s clinic multiple times for various concerns, including coughs, allergies/sinus issues, and even fertility treatments. Paul has always conducted himself with utmost professionalism, explaining the procedures and treatments thoroughly. I was so impressed with his care that I even brought my mom, who was visiting from Sydney and struggling with a severe cough while on holiday in Auckland. Paul was amazing and made her feel at ease, providing exceptional treatment that exceeded our expectations. What truly stands out is Paul’s willingness to go above and beyond. When my 4-week-old baby was suffering from gas and stomach discomfort, I reached out to Paul in desperation. He could have turned us away, as many would, since he doesn’t typically treat babies. Instead, he suggested an alternative method without needles to help my son. As a first-time mother, I felt helpless watching my baby cry in pain, but Paul’s quick response and compassionate care made all the difference. He gave us an appointment on the same day, and after the treatment, my son was noticeably calmer, had a much better night’s sleep, and was his happy self the next day. Great service, friendly and polite. Paul has excellent knowledge and experience he communicates well and makes technical terms into common knowledge so its easy to understand. Comfortable facilities. Doesn't just treat the symptoms but finds the cause, would highly recommend this treatment plan.
I went to see Paul on Sunday and it was a great experience on knowledge about the human body.
