Hi there Bella.Isobella I have been back 4 months on my wof check sheets and there are no vehicles that has just been failed on headlight bulb and taillight.Neither do we have a vehicle that we failed for worn rear shocks. Please can you contact us so we can look into the matter. Our standards of WOF are very highly maintained. It comes to our attention that we been targeted in the last 4 weeks by some individual to bring down our google reviews,as non of these reviews are true and none of these customers come to us and have neither contacted us. DONT GO HERE.took my car for wof - failed on headlight bulb and tail light - 3 weeks later took else where for routine service - 3 major wof defects were found at time of service and was advised car is unsafe to drive and requires urgent attention - will be contacting LTSA about faults - feel very let down - thought my car was safe !!! Karma will get you!!
Took it in for window regulators replacement, the mechanics were friendly and showed good customer service. However, the quality wasn’t that satisfactory. Also was told front brakes need replacing in 3 month when theres still much longer left.
Only most honest & genuine guy i know who services bmws! A lot of knowledge, best priceless advice, super helpful & friendly - i feel lucky to find them. I have owned bmws since 2001 and tried all varieties and Juned is simply outperforms them all by far!! Highly highly recommended. He looked after our m3, x5, 540i & 120i better than anyone can ask for.
