   The store is very nice, but I had a bad experience with one of the employees. I was buying a pair of shoes, and the price on the shelf was $136. But at the counter, the employee told me that the price was $240, and now it’s on special for $205. However, he had been with me from the beginning and saw the price on the shelf. Despite that, he still charged me $205. Only after I showed him the shelf price did he agree to return the difference — and he already had the money with him. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

   I would like to give a shout out to Dan. I felt welcome and impressed with his customer service and friendly attitude towards me and staff members. He went the extra mile to help me find what I needed, even carried my gear to the car with a smile on his face. Highly recommend Manukau branch.

   I cant say enough good things about this place. My company has an account with another safety shop but I always come here for my own gear as I am impressed with their larger range and sharp fit out. Every time I have bought something here the staff have been extremely friendly, offered me a sharp price, and I have walked away very happy. Not usually one to review a business but in this case I feel obliged. Great company!
