We’ve tried a few different swimming places, but Howick Swimgym truly stands out. From the moment we walk in, the admin staff make us feel so welcome with their kindness and smiles. The facilities are always clean and inviting, but what really makes the difference are the instructors. They are simply incredible — patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the kids. My little ones absolutely love their lessons and look forward to them each week. As a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your kids happy, confident, and excited to learn — and that’s exactly what Swimgym gives us.
We love swimgym howick. Both of our children are currently enrolled in the learn to swim programmes. They are both thriving and I cannot believe how well they are swimming. We have been lucky enough to have extremely skilled teachers over the last four years who have built relationships with my children and encouraged them to love swimming and be safe in the water. Highly recommend Leah, Amy and the team at swimgym Howick.
We been here for 3 years and my son did not improve much..his progress is snail pace. . Sometimes the instructors are missing and substituted with an instructor in land. Often instructor does not correct his form or posture. Thought I'll provide some honest feedback .
Customer service, swift as a shark's fin, Emails answered promptly, a win-win! Warm pool, in short- a good school.
Most of the staff/ instructors there are nice and helpful, except one lady in the office who is extremely rude. If not because its location, we’d definitely try to find another place.
Both of my two daughters had great improvement on swimming!
Took our 2 year old here, most of the staff/teachers were great with the kids but a few obviously did not have experience with children and were quite rude. We ended up leaving early and did not return for the rest of the lessons.
