Really shocked by this guy. I came in because the sign outside said "free quotes". The reception staff seemed pleasant enough but after being shown into the lawyers office, I was confronted by an elderly gentleman slouching in his chair. he reluctantly shook my hand then proceeded to make incorrect assertions (borderline racist) regarding my partners country of origin. These things could possibly have been forgiven however suddenly and without warning, half way though our conversation he simply said "out"....as in "please leave". This was totally unwarranted and extremely rude. I have absolutely no idea what triggered this other than I felt he had become bored. I do not recommend this lawyer, He came across as completely arrogant towards his clients (though to his credit he did admit one time that I had no knowledge of a particular issue we discussed). still. not recommended. In the end, I didn't even get the quote I originally ask for. Avoid!
