I had an issue with a Saben handbag strap and the service I received from 101 Design was outstanding with organising the replacement strap from Saben at no cost to me. There were many follow up calls to check I had received it and the communication was friendly, understanding and just lovely to ensure I was happy. They deserve this award.
Just like their other store, this store is incredible too, it has you covered for any occasion if you need an outfit. Fantastic range of sunglasses, jewellery and bags, just the most fabulous store! I’m obsessed!
