Started to experience complications on the day that my iPhone screen was fixed and when we went back in to ask about it he wouldn’t listen and insisted that all we had to do was lock and unlock the phone every time it would freeze. Phone kept overheating, wouldn’t respond to taps on the screen, would open and close apps on its own, ended up going to someone else to fix it and haven’t had any problems since. Recommend Mobizone in Papatoetoe instead.

Jack uses substandard materials. The iPhone battery he installed in my son's device was a fake iPhone battery, and the Samsung screen replacement was not properly secured, resulting in overheating issues. Furthermore, the 3 months warranties offered was invalid. In my experience, the costs associated with rectifying these issues outweigh any initial savings, making it more expensive so it’s better to go to a reputable provider. The customer service provided by Jack is also very rude and he refuses to hear more than he wants to. When I reported the issues with the iPhone battery, I was informed that the warranty did not cover the battery swelling up from overheating. I went to Fix and Save on Lincoln Road and the owner Ming revealed that the battery was indeed fake. He replaced it with a genuine iPhone battery, the device no longer overheats, and the battery life has improved significantly. The Samsung screen was also identified as counterfeit, but replacing it is currently costly. I strongly advise against Jacks business, as the use of substandard materials and invalid warranties can result in additional costs and inconvenience. I recommended to prioritize quality and seek services from reputable providers to ensure longevity and satisfaction with your device.

Got my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen replaced here and they did an awesome job. At first, I wasn’t too sure about the screen that was replaced on my iPhone, but the guy explained the difference with the original screen replacement, so I went ahead with it. It’s a bit more pricey, but honestly so worth it — great quality, really good communication, and they even threw in a free screen protector!!

My phone went in for a screen replacement , when i picked the phone up glue was hanging out the back wasnt sealed properly and they gave me a screen that had a permanent green dot on it , my signal only sits at 2 bars i will be taking this store to the tribunalas they use second hand equiptment do not recommend the lady in flatbush is rude she has a grey car, my phone wont work now

I used this shop 3 times . The last time I took my phone in for a screen repair and came back with the phone having the battery broken or removed and replaced with a bad battery and the phone screen wasn’t even in alignment with the bottom of the phone and the screen broke cleanly down the middle while sitting on the coffee table witnessed by myself and others. After contacting and asking him to Relook at ph. They gave back to me in the same condition. Cost $280. At another shop to fix his mistakes $250 new battery… $220 new screen! This guys not RECCOMENDED!! When I asked for a refund . Wouldn’t even reply!!!
