   AVOID this Eastside auto shop at all costs! I took my car for a WOF check and was told my shocks needed replacement. They gave a vague quote and pressured me to pay upfront for future repairs to "speed up the process." They initially quoted $200 including GST via WeChat for labor. But when I arrived with the parts, they suddenly claimed it was excluding GST, might charge more if "work got difficult," and added an extra $65 for WOF—even though I'd already paid for it during the first visit! When I questioned the bait-and-switch pricing, they got defensive and told me to "find cheaper options." Turns out, a different mechanic confirmed my shocks were perfectly safe, just a bit soft. This place overcharged, misled, and had zero customer service. Don't make my mistake—steer clear!

   Worst WOF Experience! I paid for a WOF inspection replaced some parts, however only to be told when collecting my car that it failed because the issue was "worse than expected." He told me they don’t have the repair service needed to fix it, I have to take it somewhere else to fix and then go back to get my wof done. After I fixed the issue elsewhere, I returned for the recheck after 2 weeks, he questioned me aggressively why I didn’t just get the WOF done somewhere else? Is it because you won’t get it pass？ Why? Because they have already charged me and that’s what’s he suggested me to do! He kept me there and saying he has to do another inspection, threatening he can’t guarantee there won’t be any new issues. After all these hassles, he let me go with the wof done, running a business and charged people, refused to finish off his job, saying I might have said or forgot is unacceptable! Unprofessional and dishonest!
