   Took my toddler in to see Ian, he was brilliant with her. She needed her ears cleaned after having an ear infection. He guided us through the cleaning and the best way to hold her while this happened. He is very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on how to keep her ears healthy.

   In last 7 days, i have been to 2 other ear cleaning places, which were not confident to clean the wax as it wasnt soft and they said it was deep down near the drum. Spoke to Ian over the phone and geninuely tried to put me in touch with other people as he was booked in advance. I decided to wait for a couple of more days to see Ian and it was worth the wait. It was super easy for him, i didnt even realised it was all done, I am not going to any other Ear nurse in future, thanks Ian.
