   I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harris road Superette and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel right at home, especially when they greeted people in Maori....Choice! They were also incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions about my postal stuff. The dairy itself was well-stocked with a wide variety of products, from essential groceries. I recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and convenient local dairy. Kia Ora bro

   The man working here is rude. I wanted to send a package to Europe and I wanted the box containing the goods sealed at the bottom with the cellotape. When I told the man I needed to have the bottom of the box cellotaped he very rudely said "take your stuff and go I don't want to send your stuff and I know how to do my job". I wonder what type of service is this one ? ? If I want to package my stuff to be sent away properly and not like the man did he left the box half open on the bottom, why can't I have that? I will never come back here ! He also has been rude with the lady who was working there too (maybe his wife) who tried to tell him to cellotape the box at the bottom but he told her something in his language which didn't seem that nice

   Carelessness of the couple attached the wrong EMS Sending slip to the wrong parcel even though both the slip and package was clearly marked. The woman was rushed and dropped my packages twice while I was paying and just pulled them up on the corner so it was no wonder they got mixed up. Just a shame that this happened before Christmas and after spending over $300 for the shipping
