Benjie went above and beyond in every aspect! Outstanding communication, immediate diagnosis and I had my car back in no time. After my car spontaneously stopped working just before closing time, he instantly found the problem, ordered the parts and kept me updated on the progress. He showed great patience in explaining what was wrong and was very transparent about the costs. When I came to pick up the car just a few days later, he had also fixed the back door which wasn’t closing properly and made sure that all of the car was ready for the road! I wholeheartedly recommend him to any backpackers buying cars (get yours checked by a knowledgable mechanic like Benjie before buying it) and am grateful for everything he has done to get me back out there. My first choice for mechanical repairs… Excellent honest answers no nonsense service from Benji for the last 10+years… Always a fair price and has always clearly explained what any job requires and which option he recommends to get the job done right… as we know buying cheaper parts maybe cheaper but is not always the best solution… My Legacy ran perfectly for ten years never had even the slightest issue ever.. i always recommend him to all my friends and family… I now have a Dodge and I know with Benjis services my Challenger will run and be fully maintained correctly cutting no corners giving me confidence as always that any unexpected breakdowns won’t happen…. Ben and Maria are absolute legends! Ben is a very professional and honest mechanic! He's also got both Nissan and Suzuki certificates and uses top quality sports car Japanese oil! I failed a wof over brakes imbalance and when I called him he squeezed me in, changed the brake pads so that I could go to the wof centre, re-check my vehicle and get the wof! Thank you so much guys!
