Went to buy bras but couldn't find what size i wanted. Asked the shop assistant for help as there were about 3 standing around doing nothing but talking to each other and there were other customers in the shop as well. I ended up walking out

Disgusting behaviour from the 2 workers working on Saturday afternoon 30/8/2025. Looks at me and my partner like we shouldn’t be there and talking behind our back then laughing while looking at us. Never coming here again.
Thank you to the lovely, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable girl who helped me with a particular type of bra yesterday. Always a relief to get someone so helpful and super friendly at the same time. Brown-hair, young, tall, should have asked her name, but it was on a Sunday and it couldn't have been a nicer experience, so thank you x
Really unhelpful counter staff. Stood behind the counter chatting with each other. When Iasked about a size being in stock I was told to look for it myself. They then resumed their gossip.

If staff focused on helping customers instead of back stabbing their own staff members within ear shot of customers, it would have been a great store. Hoping that this can be seen as an issue that needs to be addressed, keep that off the floor & in the privacy of your lunch room. Definitely won’t be back. Things being said only made me wonder what they say about their customers. Especially being in a lingerie store where women are supposed to feel accepted.
Popped in today and wow! Haven't bought bras for yonks so took te plunge and thanks to Kathleen sorted! I didn't even know my size (!), Kathleen did and sourced a couple of comfortable fitting bras for me, she definitely knows her stuff. Shop layout was great and plenty of parking. Thanks!
I love Bendon as a brand, what it has recently started doing for positive body image and the fact it's a New Zealand company. However I went today to the Bendon Outlet on Lunn Ave where the Store Manager Glenys was decidedly unhelpful. She wasn't keen to help me with my request, for an exchange (not a refund, in fact I was there to buy more lingerie). But not only that, she was dismissive and rude. I left the store without anything, no exchange and I certainly wasn't keen to spend any more money there. A real shame, this is one loyal Bendon customer that will struggle to return.
