Terrible service from the online team. Will not be buying from this company again. Do not waste your time buying online, they will send out your order without the promised goods and will not ask if you would like to replace the items or cancel your order. Now I have to go in to the shop to return the items I ordered and wasted money on shipping. What an inconvenience, especially when I replied promptly to the team to cancel the order entirely. 2/3 of the items were not sent, now I am left with an odd pair of underwear.
Came into Bra’s and Things Sylvia Park and received friendly helpful customer service, they helped me feel confident and assisted me with sizing and finding the perfect night time attire.
We experienced the best customer service from staff in this store, they were so patient and helpful with finding the right sizes/style. I should have got her name but thank you! Bra shopping is usually stressful but, not the case here.
The experience I had at BnT Sylvia Park was the best ever! I went in today needing a re-fitting and I felt super comfortable and reassured by Phaena who went above and beyond to help me with finding a style that worked for me. So grateful to have been looked after by her! 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back!
Sal was lovely!! Visited yesterday for some lingerie and she was a delight. Made me feel so comfortable, took her time to make sure I got exactly what I was after, couldn’t have had a better experience that gal needs a raise ;)
I came into Bras and Things in Sylvia Park because my mother and I had a wonderful experience in the Brisbane shop. I absolutely hate bra shopping but the girls in this shop are fantastic! I'm sorry I didn't get their names but I could not have been in better hands and I could not be happier. I usually never give 5 stars because I believe there's always room for improvement but I simply cannot fault the girls or the shop. They made it an absolute pleasure and I didn't have to spend a fortune! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
Cute underwear but staff are SUPER unhelpful. Took me forever to get a staff member to help me when I was in the change rooms and I ended up having to walk out of the changing room topless and raise my voice to get a members attention. Understandable if the store is busy but it was empty with 3x staff members on. I enquired about the suspenders but the staff were extremely unhelpful again, humming and haahing without answering my size questions. When I asked if there was a display model I could see they just shrugged and said there had been but it had "gone missing" without bothering to look around or find a pack to open and show me. Incredibly disappointing experience from a usually reliable store.
