Good customer service. Last time I was struggling with joint pain, Lepa a customer service attendant helped me take my items to my car in the rain despite being a busy day.
I was looking forward to receiving my order, wasnβt thinking to check when I picked it up, I get home to find 3 items missing, U shaped pillowcase, Deep roast pan and twin pack of pillows. Tried to get through to the store from 5pm - 5.20pm, the line hung up on me 4 times. Will update review pending my visit tomorrow to try and claim the missing items :)
The staff are not helpful and friendly at all except for a mandarin speaking lady. I was looking for a pillow and it was hard to find staff. Finally I asked one person and he was just telling me he was not available to help me and didnβt give any suggestion where I could get help. Long waiting line for the in-store online order device and staff just left me there without even showing how to do it. I saw her helping an old lady just before me. How come you assumed that I was able to do it myself. Extremely horrible experience there.
A great place to shop i got a Russell Hobbs cordless iron $199 today for $99 with the saved money a bought a Suzy $89.99 ironing board.
Iβm really impressed with Briscoeβs! Their household items, like the pillows and fry pans, offer excellent value, especially when on discount. The quality is consistently high, and I appreciate how Briscoe consistently provides top-notch products. Highly recommended!

Staff SO unhelpful. Came to buy an outdoor set but after 20 minutes of staff fluffing around told that they didnβt have it. Ok, thatβs fine - I asked if any other stores did. Staff wouldnβt look up and tell me!! Nor would they call and have one put aside. Never been to a store that was so unhelpful. Will go elsewhere in future.
Very busy shop especially when they run the special, you can buy almost everything for you kitchen need and some outdoor furniture. Itβs a good place for shopping. VH
Great place to buy all the household stuff. Anything and everything required in your house, you'll get it here. Best time to visit when they have clearance sale. Dedicated parking space makes a easy access to the shop.
