   I feel absolutely guttered. The whole experience felt off. The WoF failed due to some small things and seatbelts being rusted. I wanted to get quotes as I just felt like an ill-informed customer. Showed another prividee the WoF report and they said it needed new seat belts. Turns out they needed just a polished but neither me (I never received the quote outlining it) nor the other provider knew about that so I just used them. It cost $300. Lots of people had a laugh about it as many had warned me about them, but I thought I'd give it a go. Went in to talk it over calmly, just wanting to know if I was better informed I could've made a better decision. He pushed it back on me very strongly. Really sad tbh and I just feel a bit gross now. I didn't want to write this review but I feel it's important I do.

   Failed daughters car for wof. Windscreen chip, so took it to novus the technician laughed said it should of passed , they had to drill it to fix it was that small. And they missed other stuff which is actually safety issue. Never going back.

   I was on holiday with my kids in Waiheke and my vehicle's battery went flat. I did not have network service so could not phone anyone to come and help. Caught a bus to Oneroa Automotive. They were very very kind. Drove us home. Charged the battery. I then drove to Oneroa Automotive and purchased a new battery. Fantastic service. Thank you once again.

   I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Oneroa Automotive for their exceptional help and service. Recently, I lost a crucial screw on my motorcycle frame and turned to them for guidance. Not only did they provide me with a new screw, but they also meticulously installed it, applying glue to ensure it wouldn’t loosen in the future. Additionally, they checked all other screws to ensure they were properly tightened. Most surprisingly, they refused to charge me for the screw or the installation. Their attention to detail, generosity, and professionalism are truly outstanding. I would recommend this workshop to anyone seeking exceptional service and genuine concern for their customers! Now, I know where I’ll be getting my next warrant of fitness. Thank you, team!

Raoul and the team are easy to deal with, efficient, providing good service and great workmanship. They take a collaborative approach in highlighting issues which have to be fixed straight away, explaining these clearly and also recommending future work or maintenance required to reduce the element of surprise and helping to plan these as time and budget allows, keeping vehicle safety top of mind.    After just moving to the island, I was having car issues at a time where it was the most inconvenient it could be. Quickly popped in in the morning to see what I could to do fix it and Raoul very kindly took time out of his day to help me out, even without a scheduled check! One kind gesture on their behalf, absolute ripper service and now I will be going to Oneroa Automotive for any and all my automotive needs in the future.
