   I was there visiting the area and I normally dont like posting negative reviews. However, this park is a little run down and in need of maintenance and upgrading to make this park appealing and useable for the public.

   Beautiful palm trees that run along the park create a lush tropical vibe for the park. Well maintained grass and facilities. Plenty of sports facilities including, soccer fields, tennis courts and a basketball hoop. This park is probably best for sporting events or walking your dog, but not general use. There are no public toilets and heaps of broken glass in the car park.

   The main attraction is the nearby tennis club with the same name. Trainers are great, tho, most of the child members are in their teen years so be mindful of that if you're not enrolling a teen.

   Love the pools during the summer, very clean, and not so packed, love going for walks and taking my son to the playground.

   Lovely place to walk the dog and take kids to play on the playground. No public toilets though so beware both dog and human excrement. One of manurewa's better parks - although you never know what time the gates will be opened for safer parking.
