   I am a 42 year old. I had tried every option out there to reduce my weight since I was a child. Costly surgery was the next option until Glenn invited me to try his 12 week programme. Glenn was very supportive throughout the entire process. My thoughts around reducing weight changed and have replaced negative words with positive ones. His programme taught me how to love myself, something I have never managed. Through this programme, it helped me change the way I talked to myself, to unconsciously make better food choices, motivation to move my body.
