   The studio full of fantastic Instructors and a positive welcoming environment. Great experience right until it came time to the end my membership It was a great shame to find that after my membership ended with them, I was charged another 3 weeks worth of fees without any notice. After enquiring, Sarah went on to tell me that "as I know this is a bit confusing and sounds like you really were not aware that you were still able to book classes", (which was not the case as I had checked their booking software a few times and could not do so). Since then have had no communication from them. It seems the phone number had been disconnected and my emails were not responded to. I've now had to go to my bank and de-authorise all direct debits with Altitude Pole (and suggest you do the same) as I fear that I may be charged again without any notice, reasoning, or communication. Such a shame as I feel this was such a simple matter that they simply did not want any part in rectifying.
