A worst customer service ever. Lloyd asked for my details but when i asked for his details to pay a formal complaint but he refused. Have asked numerous times to escalate the call but kept saying he has been trained to handle the call. NZ Post needs to look into their process as it is so bad and looking at all the reviews it is not improving at all
Was on call with someone called Nimrod, sounds young. Very incompetent made me spell out every single thing with A for Apple etc. did all that for an hour just to find out absolutely nothing. Was on call with a woman later on the resolve this she was attentive, helped me with my queries etc.
5 days for fast post from Wellington, they shut down for the weekends. Hopeless .
Similar experience to another poster, my package was damaged during delivery. NZ Post refused to pay for a replacement, implied that it was my fault and the package should be able to withstand a 1.2m drop. They refused to repair it. Instead got me to get quotes for repair and ignored my emails about progress multiple times. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Absolutely pathetic. Over 3 weeks for a package to go from St Helliers to Parnell and still no sign of it. Completely inept
Worst customer experience! An item got broken in the post and I was told it was the way I packaged it which caused it to break. Double wrapped in bubble wrap and in a bubble wrap back (which means it’s triple wrapped) with a piece of cardboard behind it and that’s wrong. Going by your website it’s not! Plus the fact you’re constantly increasing your pricing I won’t be posting through you anymore.
I am so mad I still haven't received my parcel been 10days there now no updates on delivery and can't get through to call centre so mad
By far the worst courier sorting company i’ve come across my life. Idiots can’t even process the parcel on time yet alone give real time updates. After constant delays i even requested to come pick it up myself from the depot but they hit me with the typical ‘our depot isn’t open for public access’ absolutely useless, to much smoko’s down there not enough work.
Very bad service. I've been lied to by call centre who said package will be delivered on the Monday (a week late) then on the Monday afternoon when I had to phone back because it still wasn't delivered, they said that it was on it's way to be delivered on Tuesday! It was scanned at 6:45am and takes a whole day to be handed to someone else to be delivered. Ridiculous service.
