   I wanted to keep the Jellicoe Health Hub a hidden secret but that wouldn't be fair If you or someone you know is more comfortable communicating in Hindi, you'll feel right at home here. It's a small detail that makes a big difference especially for patients who may not speak English fluently A special shout-out to Mary our receptionist when a clinic has someone like Mary at the front you know the care behind the scenes will be just as exceptional the first smile you see when you walk through the door her kindness is effortless and welcoming energy sets the tone for the rest of the care you will receive One shining star of Jellicoe Health is Harry He is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who brings a calm reassuring energy into every room he walks into Even a routine check feels like you’re being looked after with great care He doesn’t just do his job he cares he takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable seen and respected with harry you’re not just another patient You’re a person

   Super impressed and thankful for Jellicoe Health Hub. We feel safe and secure in their care. Me and my husband literally drive all the way from the North Shore to Panmure especially to receive health care from the caring, knowledgable, respectful, and holistic Dr Arushi, and now (equally all those things) Dr Rahul. Mary, the medical receptionist, is just lovely and does an amazingly efficient job ensuring urgent matters are dealt with, while still somehow managing to remain calm and caring :-). Harry and Jass, the health care assistants, are also caring, respectful, and efficient. The whole place has a beautiful vibe to it. They care and you can tell. Heart and mind combine here! My only comment is that I am not sure if there are hepa filters in their air conditioning unit (for covid/airborne virus mitigation). But ventilation seems to be an issue in lots of health care places. Dr Arushi is wonderful at wearing an N95 on request though. Thank you so much Jellicoe Health Hub. Well done. May you go from strength to strength. We need more people like you.

   Best service! DOCTOR IS THE BEST IN TOWN. Clinic is welcoming is friendly professional.. if you haven't changed clinics what are you waiting for this is the best service you will get. Doctor checks your throughly will go out of her way to makesure she's treated you appropriately. When you enter the clinic you are greeted by a lovely receptionist who always has a smile on and is helpful nd always professional. I love this place.

   Just wanted to share, I have uttermost respect for Dr. Arushi Kaura and all the staff working at the clinic as they have always been very attentive to my needs, very understanding and empathises the situations, follow ups.    I went to Jellicoe Health Hub for the first time to have a check up. The receptionist was so kind and helpful since on the phone until we got into the clinic. Same with the nurse who took my vitals and Dr. Kaura who checked on me, they were so professional, listening, and taking good care of me. Amazed with the cleanliness of the clinic, smells good, and well equipped. I was extremely pleased with my visit to Jellicoe. Great walk-in clinic experience. Thank you.

   Highly recommend Dr Arushi. Took the time to examine me and listen to my concerns. She made me feel at ease after every appointment. She goes above and beyond for her patients. The receptionists are also very lovely and helpful too.
