   A set of tyres from Hyperdrive was ordered to be delivered and fitted at this place. I also paid extra $120 for "Installer expert wheel alignment". However, their mechanic said that there was an "issue" with wheel alignment and I need to drop off the car again and pay another $120. What did I paid for first time then?!

   Warning nightmare car situation. I gave them $600 and walked out with the same car issues. I currently have a vehicle that is a driving time bomb and don't have the funds to fix it again. This is as positive as I can be about my experience. Too be balanced and fair, their reviews have been mostly good. This is only my opinion about my own experience.You make your own decision.

   Thy keep my car for a long time fix my wheel brakes 1200 and then the engine wasnt wrking keep it 6months to get a new engine didnt get a coutesy car either kost a lot of money first and charge for second hand engine plus work 2650 all up close too 3grand and i stop in my car playing up then he z need this and i ask if got coustesy none i ask a can u fix for free he no i z y he z nog part of the engine u put a new second hand already paid enuf shouldnt charge me bkos he done all the wrk and got a wof and why car playing up he z the wof only for safety and i z what y my car not wrking well if u already put a new secondhand engine its should not play up 3months already got problems he really didnt fix anything charge for nothing no new probably just rip me off he z AA panmure rip me off i z you too both rip offs

   Brought my Swift here for a WOF and was failed for a number of things that were legitimate, but also a worn steering rack which I was quoted for for over a grand. When I called back, I overheard the man's brief conversation with their coworker telling them to "hold their tongue" as they believed they have almost convinced me. I took the car to another mechanic to verify as I was suspicious, and they found nothing wrong with the steering and passed WOF without making that repair at VTNZ. Would not trust this garage with a WOF. Edit to the response: This is not true, we have not been in contact after any sort of independent repair. My main issue stands true: I was failed and quoted for a large repair that was not necessary for me to pass WOF - the "full steering rack rebuild". I have not received any email or phone call from you since.

So I decided to go here, Kris had a look, told me what needed to be fixed, booked it in and my car is finally fixed and running much better. Highly recommend and will definitely be using these guys from now on.

   The team at Panmure Automotive and Tires are awesome. They have worked on my Corolla twice, as well as my partners sportivo, and they look after us. They replaced my spark plugs for free when changing my fuel injector due to them being low quality and changed them for free. Will definitely stick with them as my go to mechanic!
