   Our AEG Dishwasher stopped working and I rang European Appliances just after 9am 05/01 /26 and explained that although the machine was on, it was not filling with water. They gave me an appointment for early afternoon and Louis Shum arrived to repair it. An excellent tradesman and he quickly assessed the situation replacing a faulty part. I highly recommend this company as being totally excellent to deal with. David Wheatley

   Absolutely do not recommend. Contact and response time was great, but that was were the good service ended. Didn't identify issue with my appliance, solution offered did not work, couldn't offer any further solutions to rectify issue, and wasted my time and left me out of pocket for a call out fee that delivered nothing. I gave up after trying to address with him and contacted another provider who took me seriously, truly investigated the issue and in the end supported me through the process to get the appliance replaced under warranty.
