    Sadly the outer layer of the pladtic shower hose that we bought in the clearance sale has spilt after only 1 week. No returns etc so just have to replace it ourselves

    Please be extremely cautious when buying from this shop. I had a distressing experience today. I ordered a shower tower set almost 10 days ago and had to constantly follow up to get a status update. Each time I spoke to customer service, Peter and Yvonne gave different excuses and stories. Today, I was instructed to collect my order from East Tamaki. When I received the boxed order, which was sealed as expected, I trusted that an established business in New Zealand would not deceive customers. However, I was shocked to discover that the main component, the shower head, was missing. The box was handed over fully packaged but incomplete. This situation suggests serious issues, possibly leading to the company’s liquidation. Please avoid purchasing from them or exercise extreme caution. This has been a horrible experience.
