Top man service, I booked in for a full windscreen today about two weeks ago and completely forgot to communicate with them that I had it replaced by insurance. They followed up with a quick reminder and when I let them know they were cool about it no negative feedback. Thank you! Came to me but my car had to be done in the shop to be done right unfortunately, but they were accommodating and went out of their way to make it easy for me to get my windscreen replacement fixed Thanks heaps.
Really easy experience. Friendly staff and efficient. Called on Saturday had a long crack in my windscreen knew it had to be replaced. They told me come in Monday. Dropped car off 10am and was ready by 12.30. Reliable and worked well for me.
The most horrible service. Would not recommend anyone to go here. Got the rear passenger side quarter glass changed in February 2023. Since the window needed tinting, I was informed that it will be done in March as the person doing the job was on leave. Started following up for the job to be completed end of March and kept getting promised every week that it will be done shortly. Even left multiple voicemails when wasn't able to contact, I never received a call back till I called next and spoke to someone. The worst part was they processed the payment with my insurance even before completing the job. Finally today when I got rude on the phone the concerned person came to fix the problem. I was told by the tinter that once the car is fixed he will inform me to check the job and come and lock my car as it was parked off-street. Half an hour later I went to check as had not received any call and the guy had just disappeared leaving my car unlocked and unsafe. Very disappointed with the service and will never go there or recommend them either.
Our insurance claim went through this branch. I was told between 9 and 12pm. 1230 phoned ami told im still waiting at home. They put me through to branch. Branch advised 3pm as running behind. 5pm called back no answer. No call from installer as promised. Took the day off from work so wasted a whole day at home, missing several appointments in the afternoon. Got call the next day and booked for two days later. This was done ontime and communication was good. You should keep people informed when your understaffed and cant make your bookings.
