   The experience was very disappointing. 1. There is a $100 fee for the courtesy car, excluding petrol, which is not clearly stated on their website. 2. A simple touch-up paint job took more than three working days, and I was not given any clear timeframe for completion. 3. There was no apology for the repeated delays. When asking for updates, I was met with an unprofessional attitude and excuses about “family issues,” which felt inappropriate and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

   Initial attitude pre vehicle assessment, unfriendly attitude towards me, when dropping and picking up my vehicle, very friendly, when returning to discuss items of concern then assessor was again unfriendly. ( Loss of 1 star) As far as workmanship goes, I was very happy with panel/ paint workmanship but recieved vehicle with lots of Panelbeater dust on the interior and interior plastic panels not refitted . ( Loss of 1 star)

   I booked in to fix a small paint issue on my 3 month old Ranger, I ended up with more issues. And team at East Tāmaki wants me to deal with the Ford dealership myself to fix it. My sensors not working, issue with roller shutter, I might get few more issues when I take it on the road. They don’t want to be accountable for their inexperienced workmanship on these newer model cars. Not recommending them to anyone. Pictures speak for themselves. I went to collect (14.05.24) my car after it was returned from Ford. Ford calibrated the camera and sensors. And the guy maybe their supervisor at Prima told me not to come to their garage again. Literally he chased me away. Maybe the owner can call me to discuss this. They have a bad customer service.

   Couldn't recommend Prima more. My car needed repairing after being side swiped. They did an excellent job on the repairs, easy to deal with, great little run around courtesy car, they even washed my car before I picked it up. Will definitely use the great team at Prima in the future if I need to.

   Thank you so much for fixing my damage on my car! i cant believe how my car looked when i picked her up!! , she looked better then ive seen her in a long time! , they even washed my car for me!! i found the customer service was really good! , kept me in the loop with everything as i had to change dates and they were so good about it and gave me another date that day!! my car was also even finished earlier then they said! one very happy customer. Thank you so much!!

   Took a while to get my car booked in for repairs, had to drive my car with the bumper tied and taped up for a while and sometimes scraping the floor but I can understand if they've been busy with the load of booked jobs. Luckily I had an old van I could drive around in for the meantime. However I got my car back in shape after a month and am very happy with the end result. Even gave my headlights a polish. Friendly receptionist. Thanks again very much appreciate your efforts!

   Anyone whom is reading this article, Please avoid them as much as possible , I was so BLIND to choose them to repair my vehicle and still have tears on my face because of their disrespect and INSULT ! 1) it took almost 4 weeks to get loan car 2) got call last week and been advised to drop the car and loan car is ready, came next day and was told there was no loan car came back , therefore I have to drive my car back to work which totally wasted my time by their bad management. why did not you let me know earlier? 3) received a call TODAY from Admin lady and been told that car is ready but I HAVE TO bring car back by 4:30 which sounds very pushy with no respect at all ! 4) finally got car back this afternoon, and found black cover in front of radiator was missing. THIS IS WHERE STORY STARTS, Please read on... took car back again and staff REFUSED to admit it , had argument with him then was told to GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE and I was ABUSED by his dirty words/ offensive language. 5) In additional, Thank you for Damage my KEY RING due to TOYOTA LOGO was MISSING ! I have attached 3 photos 1st photos shows where this black cover should be 2nd photos with cover missing 3rd photo for damaged key ring
