   Unfortunately the courtesy car I was using was involved in an accident while my own car was being repaired. I contacted Monique for assistance, and she was incredibly helpful in following up on the repair process to ensure my car was returned to me as quickly as possible. The technician even delivered my car to my place and took the damaged courtesy back. It was truly a thoughtful and considerate service.

   I have to say I am impressed with the friendly team that they have eventhough I have to wait 1 month to make a booking through my insurance company but only took them 3 days to fix my car. It is worth it. I had a courtesy car while waiting. I am happy with the result and they also cleaned the interior plus washed it too. I recommend this place if you need your car to get repairing done. Well done team!

   Great customer service experience with prompt communication. Body work came back looking great on my BMW! LOVED the curtesy car service! My only comment would be that the reverse sensors could not be wired back in (due to damage of sensor and no fault of Capital SMART) but I was none the wiser at the time and I did have to email to follow up. Once I emailed though, very prompt response by repairer and photos provided. I would definitely recommend!

   This place was recommended by my insurance since it was close to me. They contacted me after I was booked in to confirm the booking. It was quick and easy to drop off my car. The people there were quite friendly and professional. They also had rentals available. The problem was getting it back. I didn't hear anything back from them and was told by my insurance to contact them to arrange pick up. Pick up was aso quick and easy.

   I just want to state the facts! My car was hit at the rear. I put my car in this store for repair through the insurance company AA, on October 12. The front desk staff told me that I could pick it up on October 16th, but no one called or e-mailed me. I called them on Monday, October 19th, and they told me that I could pick it up the car. When I drove the car home, I found that the panel next to the air conditioner had been damaged. I went to them the next day, and they wouldn't admit it! I e-mailed the insurance company, and to this day, no one replied to my result. Yesterday, there was something wrong with the back door of my car. The dashboard showed that the back door was not closed, but I tried many times and did close it. I went to them again today. It took them a short time to fix it. This is my experience in this company.
