   Brought my car over three times for a bloke to say bring it next week or tomorrow. Showed up on three occasions moved work around and schdule for these guys to be mucked around X3 Miserable mechanic acting like hes not in fault Very simple write rego on the books and time date and you have a reserved booking Not sure about these verbal bookings Mechanics very in a rush No eye contact Needs to be talked to and asked questions or will just pretend your not there I dont do reviews like this but after how i was treated (paying customer) I would not take my money to this business again.

   This is a horrible place. Do not go ever! The people there are very rude. I brought my car to them because brake imbalance. They told me I need to change the brake. Then I told them that VTNZ said there is no need to change new brake because they are new. Just a little bit adjust will do. They became very angry to me and said then you brought you car to them not to me. I cannot fix it. Go away. Then I brought my car to another repairer. The issue was fixed within 5min!!! They did not charge me at all!

   Do NOT recommend them at all. Took my audi to get a WOF and Service spent about $300 said the oil, coolant everything was topped up and great only to have a breakdown and smoke gushing out the front of my car the SAME DAY. Had the car towed to the workshop on the Monday and was quoted $500+ to get everything sorted. I'm a female that knows close to nothing about mechanical stuff and I honestly feel they take advantage of that. I ended up getting it done as I needed the car for work and figured I could eventually sell it since it was 'sorted'. Only for the following week to be on the way to work and the car starting to shake and get extremely heated. Also when i went to pick my car up the day after the gas tank was just above empty, it was sitting on a full tank as I filled it up just before the breakdown after the service and WOF ( i saw another review saying this happened to them as well ) - also considering how high the gas prices are its RIDICULOUS. I highly do not recommend, they are by all means after money and seem to have an attitude of this will keep it going short term so you can come back again and again and spend more instead of really fixing it and giving customers a sense of trust in there work.

   Bad mechanics I highly do not recommend, completely ripped off my mother for years never changed air filters, damaged her fuel tank and never informed us the list goes on. I recommend going to anyone but these guys, very dodgy and not trustworthy. Over priced and never serviced cars properly. The vitz we have still has various problems that were never solved.

   Bad mechanics I highly do not recommend, completely ripped off my mother for years never changed air filters, damaged her fuel tank and never informed us the list goes on. I recommend going to anyone but these guys, very dodgy and not trustworthy. Over priced and never serviced cars properly. The vitz we have still has various problems that were never solved.

   The team at Quality Automotive is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. They recommended a fit-for-purpose solution for my car, and not some outrageous costly fix (I have an old car). My son's car had a braking problem, and Jeff offered to come to my house to assess the issue and even took the car back to the workshop at no extra charge. And they fixed the problem very promptly too. I have one happy son.Highly recommended!
